During this massage, your therapist will use a range of flowing and rhythmical strokes to calm the nervous system and relax your muscles. We offer a range of essential oils to choose from while you enjoy your massage, which can include the hands, feet and scalp.

The essential oils we use compliment our relaxation massage because they have their own relaxing and rejuvenating qualities to help treat anxiety, nervous exhaustion and unwind tense muscles.  


A Relaxation Massage has many health promoting effects and is advised for those suffering from insomnia, depression, anxiety or any conditions where stress is a factor. Deep Tissue Massage

Your tension prone areas will be addressed to prevent tension build up; the massage works to reduce tension and restrictions in soft tissue. You can have a full body massage or have a more focused massage on your back, neck and shoulders for example.
